What is Makeryblog holiday return policy?

We usually accept returns and offer exchanges of unused and unworn jewelry (excluding the final sale items) within 30 days of the delivery date of your item(s).

Can I return my Makeryblog jewelry?

Yes, we accept returns and offer exchanges of unused and unworn jewelry (excluding final sale items) within 30 days of the delivery date of your item(s).

Can I exchange my Makeryblog jewelry? 

Yes, you can exchange your jewelry for the same item in different sizes or metals. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement item will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice that your original parcel is scanned and is in transit by USPS. The sooner you return the original item(s), the faster you’ll receive your exchange!

Are Ear Stacks/Sets eligible for returns or exchanges?

Yes, you may return or exchange your Ear Stack/Set. They must be returned in full in order to be eligible for a return or exchange as partial returns of sets are not accepted at this time.

Does it cost anything to return/exchange?

We offer free exchanges on all items that are not final sale. If you would like to return your item(s), there will be a small $5 shipping fee to return your items back to us. 

What is Shop Now Credit? 

Want to exchange for another item entirely? Through our Return Portal, you can choose to “Shop Now” and receive a one-time $5 bonus credit added to your return value. 

Can I return my subscription or prepaid Makeryblog surprise box? 

Makeryblog subscription or prepaid surprise boxes are final sales and aren’t eligible for return or exchange. Have more questions? Please email service@makeryblog.com for further assistance.

I bought the product in a Makeryblog studio, can I exchange or return it online? 

If the original purchase was made in a Makeryblog Studio, it cannot be returned through the Online Returns Portal.

There’s a problem with the piece of jewelry I purchased.
